🇨🇦 Canada Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 Business Days — $4.31 CAD (Free on orders over $100 CAD)

PROCESSING TIME

- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If a package is refused due to customs charges, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.
ADDRESS ACCURACY

- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, RFYNE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation
SHIPPING PROTECTION (IF APPLICABLE)
If shipping protection is selected at checkout:
- We may cover lost or damaged packages in transit only
- Claims are subject to investigation and approval
Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for reimbursement.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
