Refund policy

We understand that things happen. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve got you covered.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as your items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition
  • Items must not be washed
  • All original tags must be attached and intact

Note: For hygiene reasons, this policy strictly applies to items such as underwear, activewear, and training shorts with interior liners. These items must be unworn and in original condition.


RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

You may return your item using your own shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, contact us at rfynebrand@gmail.com with your order number, Photos and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please ensure that each order is returned separately with the correct return details. Items sent without prior return approval may not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items (e.g., Buy One Get One, Free Product offers)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

Returns may still be accepted; however, RFYNE is not responsible for return shipping costs, duties, or fees associated with international returns.


HOW IT WORKS

Exchange (Size or Color)
Contact us at rfynebrand@gmail.com with your order number, photos and the item you’d like to exchange. Ship your original item back following the provided instructions. Once received, your new item will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange (Different Item)
Contact us to initiate your return. Once approved, place a new order for your desired item. After we receive your return, any eligible refund will be processed.

Returns & Refunds
Contact us at rfynebrand@gmail.com to request a return. Ship your item back using the provided instructions. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rfynebrand@gmail.com with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
